LL.M. Lawyer Berk IŞIK was born in 1995 in Ankara. He completed his primary and secondary education in Gelibolu, Erzurum, Aksaray, and Ayvalık, respectively, and graduated from Ayvalık Anatolian High School. He graduated from the Eastern Mediterranean University Faculty of Law, which he started in 2013 with a scholarship, in 2017.

IŞIK, who started his Master’s degree with Thesis in Private Law at the same university in 2018, graduated in 2020 with an average of 3.57 – 4.00.

Master’s Thesis is on “Evaluation of Problems That Will Come Up Before Free Movement Robots with Artificial Intelligence in the European Union within the Framework of Legal Responsibility Institution”. His book with the same name was published by Yetkin Publishing in May 2021.

He attended the meeting at TUBITAK on Robots with Artificial Intelligence, He gave a conference on this subject at Balıkesir Bar Association and İzmir Rotary Club.

Having a good level of Legal English, IŞIK provides legal services in the entire Turkish and international field at Işık Law Firm in Ayvalık, as well as providing consultancy services to various national and international institutions.

He has many articles published in gazettes, journals in these areas.
